Italy is my favorite place in the world to ride. You can rent a motorcycle — try a Guzzi from Alis in Mandello (Love the Breva 750! Love the California!) — and ride down the coast. Stop at the Cinq Terre, take the ferry to the island of Sardenia, enjoy the food, the ambiance, the fabulous perfect roads. Camping, agrotourism, fancy hotels… your choice!
