I can’t say enough good things about the Women’s International Motorcycle Association (WIMA). Though I’m not really a group rider, I do love meeting WIMA members wherever I go, and getting the group emails are a treat because I feel connected to what other women are doing in motorcycling, from the 60 year old riding around the world to the young New Yorker riding through Manhattan in her red boots with stiletto heels. The vision of WIMA is "to change the face of motorcycling by advancing women and girls in the sport and business and helping the industry grow." Here are the benefits:

  • A global network of motorcycling women dedicated to advancing women in motorcycling
  • A chance to make friends around the world
  • Annual International Rallies and other two-wheeled adventures in fantastic riding venues across the USA and around the world
  • Links to your own motorcycling webpage from www.wimausa.org. (Post your racing resume for potential sponsors to see!)
  • WomenRIDE! a members-only magazine.
  • Your own WIMA USA email account
  • Subscription to Women in Sport Touring (WIST) email digest discussion group
  • Special discounts at participating dealers
