I just found a good document on the Adventure Travel forum by Jamie Z on very budget motorcycle travel. It includes advice on motorcycle camping, eating, transport, gear, entertainment, planning. He says that, "The ideas in this document are often US-centric. I have traveled for
cheap in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, but the
majority of my time on the road is in the United States." Read it here.
